Anything not written down is not included, which protects both of us.
We will not do extra work and bill you for it afterwards.
Scoped per project. Quoted from a starting number, never a range.
We will fix defects in what we built, at no charge, for 30 days after delivery.
What we build
Four lines. One rate underneath all of them.
- under $10,000
- 50% up front, balance on delivery
- $10,000 – $50,000
- 40% up front, 40% at milestone, 20% on delivery
- over $50,000
- 30% up front, three milestones, 20% on delivery
Everything is anchored to one rate: $175 an hour.
Above the local market, below the large-firm ceiling, and the reason every figure holds together when somebody asks how it was reached. A rate card that is not internally consistent falls apart at exactly that question.
