What we build

Four lines. One rate underneath all of them.

Website $6,500 fixed AI agent build from $30,000 plus from $2,000 a month App development from $40,000 Software development from $60,000
Website — $6,500 fixed Discovery, custom design, your content and ours, revisions included.
under $10,000
50% up front, balance on delivery
$10,000 – $50,000
40% up front, 40% at milestone, 20% on delivery
over $50,000
30% up front, three milestones, 20% on delivery

Everything is anchored to one rate: $175 an hour.

Above the local market, below the large-firm ceiling, and the reason every figure above holds together when somebody asks how it was reached. A rate card that is not internally consistent falls apart at exactly that question.

Proof

We had no portfolio, so we built the company's operating system.

The console is real. It reads nothing and sends nothing.

Clients, work in flight, deals, invoices, contracts, a permissions model and a payments ledger — one Cloudflare Worker, running the business end to end. An unknown route is refused rather than allowed, so a screen nobody has written yet is unreachable until somebody decides what it may do. The test suite fails the build if a colour drops below its contrast floor in either theme. That is the standard this page was built to as well.
